What if I need help?

Our eSIMs generally have no issues, however, nothing is a guarantee. Sometimes eSIMs have technical issues that need troubleshooting.
If you land and your SIM does not work as expected then you need to follow these steps:
Step 1. Ensure you have followed all steps in your eSIM email guide.
Step 2. Reach out to us for support via email at
Step 3. If our technical support cannot resolve your issue you will be entitled to our Money Back Guarantee and we will help you find a local option for the rest of your trip.

How can I make calls & texts?

If you want to call or text home you have 200 minutes and unlimited texts available to use in 30 days.

Simply dial:
Country Code -> Area Code -> Mobile Number

For example: if you wish to dial 0431166871; you would enter +61431166871.

For local calls & texts: 
Simply enter the local number and you are all set.

Does my phone need to be unlocked to use eSIM?

Your phone must be unlocked from carrier restrictions to use an eSIM. If your phone is carrier-locked, you will only be able to use an eSIM from that provider, similar to how physical SIM cards work with carrier-locked phones.

How will I receive my eSIM?

We send you the QR code through the email you registered as soon as you place your order which should arrive within 2 minutes. If you haven't received an email with your eSIM order within 10 minutes, check your spam/junk folder or get in touch with our live chat.

When should I set up my eSIM?

We recommend that you set up your eSIM right before you depart for your flight. Your eSIM plan will begin as soon as you activate it. Remember that you need an internet connection to set up your eSIM.

Can I top up my eSIM for longer validity or more data?

Currently, our eSIMs cannot be topped up or extended. If you need more data or a longer validity, you can purchase multiple eSIMs and activate them when you need them.

How many times can I use my eSIM?

Our eSIMs are one-time use SIMs. Once you activate it, it will be available for you to use until the validity expires or your data runs out. If you delete the eSIM from your device, you will not be able to use it again.

Can I use my eSIM across multiple devices?

eSIMs can only be installed on one device, so it cannot be shared across multiple eSIM-compatible devices. If you delete an eSIM profile from your device, you will not be able to use it again.
