Your eSIM plan will start at the moment of ‘Activation’.

Activation happens when the eSIM connects to a local network overseas and the network detects your eSIM.

As soon as you connect to a local network overseas, your durations of days begins counting down.

You can use a physical SIM and an eSIM together in your device, allowing one for calls/texts and the other for data.

Switch between them easily via your settings, ideal for travelers wanting to avoid roaming fees on data while keeping their home SIM active for calls and texts.

Be aware, receiving calls abroad may incur charges (check with your carrier), but texts are usually free.

Install your eSIM in 3 steps:

Yes, you can have multiple eSIMs on your device.

Devices vary in the number of eSIMs they can hold; check your model online for specifics.

Although multiple eSIMs can be stored, only one can be active for data at a time. Switching eSIM plans is easy via your phone settings.

Many devices let you use your home SIM for calls and texts while using an eSIM for data at the same time.

This means you can receive calls and texts on your home number abroad (be mindful of possible roaming charges) and enjoy data services through the eSIM without incurring roaming fees.

Most of our plans allow hotspotting.

Settings > Connections > Data Usage > Billing Cycle and data warning > Select the period from the day you started using the SIM to the current day. Save and your data usage will be shown.

Fair Usage Policies ensure unlimited plans are used fairly, preventing network impact from excessive data use.

For unlimited eSIMs, high data use in a day may slow your speeds until the next morning.This policy resets daily, so speeds will be restored the following morning if you are affected.

Non-unlimited eSIMs with a fixed data allowance (e.g., 20GB/30 days) don't have these restrictions, allowing full usage without speed limits.

We do not have top-up capabilities right now. We are currently developing a top-up feature for our eSIMs but this will take time.
